Case Porta Nuova

The properties are just a short walk from the cultural heart of Palermo.
All the main landmarks can be easily reached on foot. As you pass through Porta Nuova, a long boulevard opens before your eyes, lined on both sides with historic villas and monuments such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral of Palermo, and the Church of the Most Holy Saviour. Strolling along this avenue, you will find souvenir shops, cafés, pubs, sandwich bars, and much more.

Without even realising it, you will reach Piazza Marina. Continuing past Porta Felice, you will be greeted by the breathtaking view of the sea and the port of Palermo—a lively area full of pubs and small venues. Here you can sit on the characteristic white benches, relax, admire the sea, and breathe in its unique scent and colours, an experience that only my guests can fully enjoy.
